I have received the same faulty batch piece twice (one piece through purchase and the other as replacement for the first). Motorola Customer care went on record and authenticated this info.nnThis Information was communicated to Flipkart customer care repeatedly and they are least bothered to hold the deliveries for Moto G. This batch of mobiles aren't fit to be used in India and a fix is yet to be identified for the same. ![]() ![]() These mobiles were working fine.nnHowever, Flipkart is currently delivering a new batch of Moto G phones starting with IMEI no: 353XXXX, this series comes with Android 4.2.2 version pre-installed, they have software issues and are unable to recognize Indian SIM cards (an error message- Red triangle with plus symbol will be displayed on notification bar). Moto G mobiles were delivered with Andriod 4.3 version earlier (Batch IMEI no: 355XXX), upon starting the device it used to get updated to Android 4.2.2.
